David E. Ash is the founder and CEO of Prince Realty Advisors. While continuing to focus day-to-day on the successful operation and growth of Prince, David is an important partner in S2AM, leveraging his many institutional relationships and market knowledge to create value for the firm.
David is a graduate of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and before opening Prince, David was an Office & Retail Leasing Specialist for The Kaufman Organization, where he was the company's top producer each of his 4 years of employment generating hundreds of million in leasing revenue. His straight-forward approach has produced in excess of $3 billion in real estate transactions since inception rivaling some of the perennial top firms in the industry.
Guy Hananya is a Principal at S2AM and focuses on sourcing, underwriting, and leading the acquisitions and investment. Prior to joining S2AM, Guy was the Director of Acquisitions for The Hakimian Organization, where he source, underwrote, and negotiate deal terms on $100 million in development sites located in New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.
Guy brings 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and over $250 million in real estate transactions. Mr. Hananya received his Master’s in Real Estate from NYU. Outside of Real Estate he is an avid tennis player and enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter in New York City where they reside.
